"Room was filthy, dead bugs in bathroom light. Found dry washcloths hanging from shower spout. Looked like room was cleaned 20 days ago with no touch up for arrival. Check in was unwelcoming and bland. Rooms need upgrades immediately. Didn’t make a big deal because I was only there for the night."
