Great place

Checking in was a breeze. She let us know about how to check in and where we could find extra blankets and pillows. We didn’t bring our dogs on this trip, but she had a great dog toy bin and fenced in backyard. The house was easy to get to and right off of Southern, which is a major thoroughfare. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen was great. Fully loaded coffee bar and even a french press! I would totally recommend staying here! I go to Albuquerque often and might stay here in the future.

Gem of Rio Rancho

I stayed here with my family over the July 4th weekend. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to most restaurants and shopping in the area. The house is also very clean and well maintained. The Internet is good and fast enough for multiple devices. We also found that the price was competitive with most hotels in the area and has better amenities. We will stay here again!

Perfectly cozy in the middle of town!

Everything was great during this stay. The internet company had done some work but the owner was extremely prompt in getting it worked out. The only thing is the shower could use a little updating. The tub spout sprays everywhere when using the shower. Still an absolute 5 star stay and will definitely book again when being in town. Thanks so much for the water in the fridge! It was much appreciated!
