“Lovely home located on Sparkling ponds winery property! The house has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full baths with a nice size kitchen (with so many amenities), dining room table for 4 and another area for 2 to dine. The kitchen bing room has a nice layout and the first room as you enter the home. We also enjoyed the gas grill and outdoor dining table. “It was a lovely setting for groomsmen pictures and breakfast for the guys for the morning of the wedding. I, personally, enjoyed the sunsets each night (Thursday & Friday). The only drawback was the stairs with 2 - 89 year old parents who needed something to hang onto when going up and down the steps. The curve was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a very comfortable house with lots of room.”

“We enjoyed our stay at This Place Rocks. The house was very nice and the view was absolutely amazing! We loved relaxing outside and spent a lot of time watching the lake and listening to the waves and the waterfall. It was only about a 15 minute drive from Presque Isle.”

“We absolutely love it here, & what a delightful surprise to find that Dave had remodeled & upgraded the one bed/one bath to two bed/two bath! It is just a gorgeous space, perfect for us. We love the fire pit in the morning, to make a fire & have our coffee & tea out there by the lake. The whole experience is so good, we've already made our reservations for next year. It's one of the highlights of our year!”

“This hotel was a good find for a weekend getaway. The beds were a little TOO soft with little support, and we both woke up with sore backs because of it. Bathroom was clean, sink was super low and not standard height. Didn’t know we had a fridge until the second day, it was tucked away inside a dresser. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator though, so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, you will be struggling to get to the upstairs rooms. Great location in relation to the……
