“The apartment was clean and well appointed. It answered all our needs. The grounds were beautiful. A quiet neighborhood. The parking area was full, but I rarely saw another guest. The hosts were helpful when called upon, but otherwise I felt like I was alone on the property. This was my third time at this property, and I will be returning.”

We walked in to find the best break from your normal hotel stay.. this place had every little unique castle like feel you could ask for we had such fun the minute we walked in there was something special to see in every little nook. The location was convenient to everything by car - a very short drive to the grocery, downtown, and all of the area attractions. “Cindy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. There was a charming claw foot bathtub and a pedestal sink depicting a Victorian or French styled bathroom. The queen sized bed was so comfortable and decorated with beautiful bed coverings and pillows. There was a tv in the bedroom and the living room. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the porch that had two rocking chairs. We loved the location and most of all our lovely hostess.”

“We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. “We rented this property for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the cabin while we were actually there. I say that because there is so much to do within 10 miles of the cabin that we were only there to watch the sunset and sleep. Fortunatley, we did not have any neighbors at the time we were there and the quiet there is astounding. “The Bear House is a delightful place to stay. We had the full upstairs and it was like two small apartments that were joined together. Yes it is a little eclectic, but so many personal touches and each room is decorated individually. Everyone loved it. Plenty of little sitting areas and very quiet and sound proof. Lots of little extras and niceties, with candy dishes and Keurig coffee makers. One note, not a negative, but more of a heads up, you do access the space via a small set of stairs. No……

“My family (two adults and one teen and one pre-teen) spent 3 nights in the cabin. We loved the fire pit and spent time each night roasting s’mores and hanging out by the fire. Location is not far from Cloudland Canyon state park and Chattanooga. The town of Trenton is within 15 minutes- convenient to grocery store, a gym, restaurants and a coffee shop. We would love to stay again in the future.”

“The owners are so kind and generous. We were greeted not long after arriving and Mr. Dave was so nice to us, offering assistance if we needed it and ensuring everything was as it should be. They respected our privacy so it felt like we were totally on our own despite this suite being underneath their home. The view is absolutely incredible and the suite was perfectly clean with every amenity as advertised and fully functioning. We would love to stay here again!”
