“We loved the larger space and the mattress was super comfortable. But the property could have been more clean. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but it was very dusty around, on baseboards, and in drawers. Plus it could seriously use fresh paint. “First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. She got the lights fixed and the balcony door unjammed. We are very happy with Elisa. What made up for the short comings of the building/unit was……

“The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I didn't know how to inform the staff of this issue and not really sure what could have been done, but I'm grateful we had one night of……

“Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. I sat in a hallway for four hours waiting for help that never came. I finally left at 9 pm and had……
