Wir haben uns sehr über die Pflanzen gefreut und fanden dies eine nette Abwechslung zu anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr sinnvoll für Reisende ausgestattet. Viel Ablagefläche und alles blitzblank sauber. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz Bereich im Innenhof, hinter einem Tor mit Zugangscode, somit parkt man sicher über Nacht. Wir……

“The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We……

“Even though we were lost and running late, our host Oksana waited patiently for us and welcomed us with open arms. She showed us the property and had a map ready to show us where restaurants, coops, and historical sites around town. The first restaurant she recommended was the best meal we had in ages! The property was very clean and well stocked. Great location. Thank you Oksana for making our stay in Parma so special!”

The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma.
