“Staff need to check that all bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are actually full. Many were empty.
Crockery and cutlery were also insufficient....example no complete set of plates, knives etc.It was very quiet too.”

“We were assigned Room 2 which had a recently refurbished bathroom- the room was comfortable with pleasant blue soft furnishings. The new bathroom would be improved with some shelving or somewhere to place toiletry bags and a shower caddy or shelf where shampoo, soap etc could be placed, as they had to be put on the shower floor and bending down to reach them is challenging for seniors with restricted mobility. We would have preferred a room at the back of the motel, further away from the noisy……
