“No one was at the desk when we got there.. there were signs saying pick up the phone for check in. We had to let it ring and hang up and re do it at least 5 times. We waited in the lobby atleast 10 minutes. We almost canceled our stay and then he came.. it also said closed on the pinpads. I couldn’t understand him really well and I thought he said that we were on the fifth floor. There’s only 3 floors. We were on the first. We get into our room and it’s warm. We then start to smell mold. We then……

“Phone in room would flash red light periodically, and an alarm went off, which was false alarm but front desk didn't know how to turn off. All good thought.”
