Good location. Very spacious bedroom. Limited choices for the continental breakfast. Bed very uncomfortable we can feel all the springs in the mattress, would benefit from adding a foam mattress topper.

Spacious and clean room but no garbage bin in the room. This issue is exacerbated by the fact that the washroom is located outside the room, requiring a key to lock from both the inside and outside. This is the same key required to lock the room. Super inconvenient placemat and outside of another room, making bathroom trips embarrassing and exposed.

The location is great and this place is fine for a short stay. The kitchen was clean and had good items for breakfast. The AC is the room worked really well and when I came during a heat wave, it was much needed and definitely cooled the room down. The rooms are a bit old but personally, I liked it since I got to experience the layout of how people live. It is on a fairly quiet street but in a great central location where you can walk everywhere. The building has an elevator so if you have bigger luggage, this definitely makes it convenient to carry stuff up and down. The owner was very nice, communicated well, and punctual so overall, this was a very solid place to stay in Rome and I would stay here again.
