This is a very good option to stay in Rome. Please note that this is not a hotel, but rather a family-run short stay B&B, run by host Marco. Breakfast is offered on the cafe around the building. Internet is good.

We loved staying here. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a shared kitchen. So much to do and all within walking distance. Marco was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful.

Très bonne emplacement. Proche de Vatican et aussi à coté des petits restaurants (seulement 20 minutes à pieds). Marco très réactif. Rien manqué dans logement. Cuisine à partager.

Helpful staff and excellent location

The hotel was in an excellent location where we were able to walk to major parts of Rome like the Vatican. The place was cleaned constantly with fresh linens and towels. We stayed on the ground floor which made access fast and effortless. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for a full week and would gladly go back!

Abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli giorni nella struttura, comoda la cucina a disposizione soprattutto se si ha bambini, noi l'abbiamo usata per qualche caffè e tisana, offerte gentilmente dal proprietario. Punto centrale, vicino alla metro, il tutto può essere raggiunto facilmente anche a piedi volendo. Noi con il biglietto giornaliero ci siamo mossi in tutta la città tra metro e bus, ben organizzati. Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca, la colazione, servita in un bar vicino. Un piccolo appunto perché ci hanno fatto storie per un cappuccino di soia invece di uno normale, e una crostatina invece del cornetto. Una sciocchezza naturalmente, abbiamo pagato la differenza per la crostatina, nulla di che, ma è spiacevole, per il bar, perdersi in queste piccole cose, e fare le differenze tra soia, latte normale, o crostatina o altro invece del cornetto. Però ripeto questo magari più un suggerimento che una critica. Alla fine il bar è anche un locale piacevole e i prodotti buoni.

Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bad etwas sehr klein, wenn man auf dem WC sitzt hauen die Knie an die Duschkabine. Nichts für starken Körperbau. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar. Nachdem er uns die Heizung erklärte, war es auch angenehm in der Küche zu sitzen. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. 1 Kaffee und ein süßes Teil (Croissant..). Es war dort voll, ungemütlich zum frühstücken und als die Gäste noch mit größeren Hunden in den Bäcker kamen, reichte es mir. Wir frühstückten in der Küche der Wohnung, war alles vorhanden, und das Croissant holten wir uns zum Kaffee, auch in der Wohnung. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind viel zu Fuss zu erreichen. Shuttle Bus zum Airport 10 min entfernt. Für mich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr in Frage kommen. 4 Zimmer mit gemeinsame Küche, ist bei dem Preis pro Nacht, einfach nicht akzeptabel.

Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, für uns perfekte Umgebung (dafür müsste es 7 Sterne geben), da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und ansonsten U Bahn/ Bus 5Min entfernt sind, Nachbarschaft eher bürgerlich. Nachts ruhig, da im Erdgeschoss ab ca. 06:30 normaler Verkehrslärm. Kleine Unterkunft, 4 Zimmer plus Aufenthaltsraum. Unser Zimmer (Nr.B) war schon recht eng. Bei gutem Wetter kein Problem.

A great location for our stay, close to shops, restaurants and many of the sites including the Vatican and Castel St Angelo which were in walking distance. Marco was great, welcomed us with a big smile and was available if we needed him. Wasn't overly sure about the communal kitchen, but actually there was no issues with this. Enough space in fridge for people keep milk, juice, wine :-) etc. and everyone kept themselves to themselves. We're also able to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our last day out and about before our flight. Perfect! Will definitely use Femasuites again if we ever get the chance to return to Rome!
