My husband and I stayed here May 29 and 30, and were very pleased. The best part was the service. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also really liked our room, which had been updated recently with the latest technology and fixtures. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Metro stop with a nice park and playground across the street. It is within walking distance to many restaurants ranging from Trip Advisor recommended local dining to local pizza places, to McDonalds. We especially appreciated being able to get good coffee and pastries 2 doors down. The only negative to the stay were the many ambulances going by from a nearby hospital, but if one sleeps soundly, it isn't a problem.

No shuttle available , cost 120 euros more for taxies and poorly marked with only one small sign . And no one treating at the front door .. left standing out in the rain.

Dates and times of bookings are nit American time. By the time I called to cancel I realized that had I done the trip I would have arrived already too late....I had to eat the cost of thos mistake
