My family and i stayed 5 days and would return to stay here again in an instant. The property is central to so many land marks and easy to get to Vatican City. Along the road you can easily get a taxi as many line up for their next passenger. The apartment made it feel like home and staff were extremely accommodating. Fantastic experience.

ロケーション、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。特にロケーションは最高でバチカン市国は歩いていけますし、スペイン広場、トレヴィの泉などの観光スポットからも非常に近くて便利でした。しいて言えば、部屋か共有スペースにポットと電子レンジがあれば最高でした。

Spacious one bedroom apartment. A little dated but clean and in the center of everything. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a microwave. I’d stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in a convenient, safe (I’m a solo female traveller) and quiet area. Nestle was friendly and helpful, and the view from the room was amazing. My only issue was how thin the wall was between my room and the one next to me (I could hear my neighbours very clearly). Other than that it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

This property does not have any Amenities no coffee maker, room is very small, NO Service at all. TV had only 4 Italian channels. We had to leave at 3.00am for a 7.00am flight , told us to walk to the Piazza to get a taxi a 10 minute walk. No help at all. Do not recommend.

This is a charming hotel residence in Rome; central to many areas. We walked all over Rome and found this neighborhood to be quite walkable. The building and room is charming. Nestle, the onsite staff manager is very professional and helpful. We would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! It is on the top floor of a building with other businesses and apartments, so this is not a typical hotel. It only has about 5 or 6 rooms. There was a beautiful view of St. Peter's Basilica from the room. The street itself is fairly quiet but close to shops and restaurants. There is also a Metro station only a few blocks away. I stayed 4 nights and would stay there again. I arrived late (after closing) and departed early (before closing), but Nestle from the front desk was very helpful via messaging. This property doesn't have a lot of extra amenities but is a wonderful simple option for a nice place to sleep close to the Vatican.

Perfection

This was one of my most favorite days in Rome. The staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and just so wonderful. My room was perfect with a view of the Vatican. I give this place 1000 out of 10 it was absolutely delightful to be there. location is great. The room was excellent. The view was amazing shops and and everything else is just outside your door and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

La camera troppo piccola, di "superior" non aveva nulla. In frigobar 2 misere acque anche se c'era il listino di tutte le bibite. Ci sono solo delle lampade in camera senza un lampadario, praticamente la camera rimane buia. Inoltre cera troppo freddo, la temperarura non regolabile , in bagno il termosifone spento. L'acqua della doccia soltanto tiepida e oltrettutto ci metteva 5 minuti per raggiungere questa temperatura. Uscendo dalla doccia rischiavi la polmonite. Insomma, di LUXURY aveva questa struttura solo il nome....Una delusione....I due ragazzi ( presumo proprietari) gentili e la posizione della struttura è molto buona, 2 passi dal Vaticano, diversi locali e ristoranti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was conveniently located and walking distance to Vatican City. We were in Room 4 and had breathtaking views of St. Peter’s Dome. We even caught a gorgeous sunset one evening while enjoying a glass of wine in our room. Maria was the receptionist during our stay and was very accommodating. She arranged a transfer to and from the airport for us and was very helpful. The room was very clean and there was a daily cleaning service. If you do not need a ton of amenities during your stay and plan on exploring the hot spots of Rome, I highly recommend Residenza Scipioni Luxury Rooms. It is conveniently located by many great restaurants and cafes in a safe neighborhood.
