Every day when we came back to our room, it exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly clean and well maintained. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have a huge number of options, but it was exactly our style of breakfast and perfect for us. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they always made a perfect cappuccino. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Just a note: toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and great-smelling lotion, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. We arrived prior to checkin time and were able to get our room, something we weren’t expecting. We were welcomed so nicely and explained all the great amenities. Our room was spotless and the bed was excellent. We truly appreciated our study at this Ruby hotel. We arrived before the check in time and were offered a coffee and water upon arriving. Our room was ready an we were allowed to go in before the check in time! The staff are amazing. Bruna, Alessio and Giulia were incredibly welcoming and a wealth of information. Everything is brand new, clean and the bed is comfortable. The lobby bar is very nice. There are “galleys” on two of the floors where you can make instant coffee or tea but sadly the “boiling” tap water was barely hot.
