The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. But they wouldn’t give us a cup of coffee in the morning unless we bought the buffet breakfast. That was really annoying! A cup of coffee is not asking too much . . .

Great location, room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is decent , and includes cappuccinos etc in the EUR 22 charge. They have galleys on some floors with complimentary tea and snacks, as well as an iron and ironing board which was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Customer service was terrific. Our room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet. Great location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Ruby Giulia Hotel in Rome was a stunning property. It is in a great location for tourists to be able to get around easily. The staff is all super friendly. The rooms are immaculate, It was the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 10 years of travel. I highly recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the hotel’s unique and upbeat decor. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. The best added bonus is the delicious cappuccinos freshly made at the bar! Definitely recommend!
