The house can be found close to the lovely beaches of Pozzallo, a short drive of the Vendicari nature reserve and Portopalo di Capo Passero and the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, such as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli and Noto. Within 10 minutes’ drive, you will be in Rosolini, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, a shopping centre and supermarkets, while within a short driving distance you can reach a tennis court, horse riding, a weekly Saturday market. There is also a golf club within 40 minutes’ drive.
The villa develops on one level and it is composed of a bright open living space with kitchen area, comfortable sofa, T.V, dining area with table and chairs, kitchen area with breakfast bar, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms with shower.
Outside we find a private infinity swimming pool (5m x 12m – depth 40cm to 140 cm - open from 01/01 to 31/12, depuration: salt) with sunbeds and lovely views over the landscape with olive and carob trees. The outdoor porch has a dining table and chairs and is perfect for an “al fresco” dining with its outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
