“Unfortunately lots of maintenance issues. We couldn't turn on the bathroom taps in main bathroom.The fan switch in bedroom was hanging out of wall with exposed wires. The ensuite toilet had to be turned of at tap due to refilling after leaking every 2 mins. The blinds in loungeroom fell off when we tried to use them. The armrests on dining chairs are falling apart. The photos need to be updated as the house is a lot older and run down than it shows.”

“Gorgeous location and comfy bed. Woke up to beautiful sunrise and many kangaroos.The bed is a loft with ladder up. Might not suit those with poor mobility.Fabulous being able to bring our dog.Perfect stopover before Spirit of Tasmania day sail as it's only 30 min from harbour.”

“This is not a private space. It is the upstairs of a house, the hosts use the downstairs. There is no lockable door between the two areas. The hosts stay behind a shut door, you walk up the stairs and the living room is at the landing of the stairs. It feels very open and not private. Each individual bedroom is lockable but this does not work if you have children as they may want to go to your room in the night. When we stayed, there was no top sheets, only half the pillows had pillow cases.……

“We had a lovely stay in this well appointed tiny house in Bunding. With beautiful views and a private dam to enjoy, it met all our expectations. The hosts were fantastic and kindly allowed me to change my dates when I inadvertently booked the wrong date initially! Huge thanks. Highly recommend.”
