“Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant……
