“The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose.……

“Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage. 2 Min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli und eine Seitenstraße von der Reeperbahn entfernt. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Premium Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen”
