“We loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a neat place. Literally has trees growing through it. Slightly challenging to find, but Filipe was so wonderful with getting us there and really gave us so much extra help! What a kind and super helpful host. Only challenge we found is that the beds in the loft were up a ladder (not stairs) and anyone with physical challenges would not be able to do this. The bathroom and shower are very small. “I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!”

“The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful”
