“The room was okay, but it was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The TV was not working, and despite informing the staff, they were unable to fix it and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Although Wi-Fi was provided, the internet speed was extremely poor and not a single app worked, making it useless. Also a formal complain about a serious issue with my recent hotel booking made through Expedia. I booked a hotel room for a two-day stay, and my booking clearly mentioned that……
