“Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. “酒店在火車站附近步行約5分鐘左右，很近方便，距離old town也不遠，酒店職員都很熱情，有地圖教導如何去old town,有一日團可以參加salt礦和集中營，建議比價後再參加或自己去，一日團有點貴。另外酒店是沒有電梯的，要行樓梯，幸好住的房間在二樓，所以不用行那麼多，行李重的人要有心理準備。每天也會有room services ,不好處就是沒有電梯和床較軟。火車站處有shopping mall,內有超市兌換店，匯率好過old town”

“We had such a lovely room, very modern and sleek looking. The location was ideal, 10-15 walk to the castle one way and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town another way. Close public transport too. The staff were lovely and helpful before our stay and during. They let you leave your luggage on your last day which was super helpful as our flight was late afternoon. The only downside was the AC fan was really loud when it was on, the sounds would wake us up in the night but you can just turn it……

“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking.
