Trotz reservierungsbestätigung wurde unsere Buchung nicht an den Vermieter weitergeleitet

FeWo direkt hat nach der Reservierungsbestätigung darauf hingewiesen dass eventuell eine Mail vom Vermieter käme, der uns die Zahlungsmodalitäten mitteilen wolle. Meine Kreditkartennummer hatte ich gegenüber FeWo direkt angegeben. Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht an den Vermieter weitergeleitet. Wir kamen spät abends in England an und niemand wusste Bescheid. Nur durch Zufall bekamen wir die Adresse heraus. Nach langer Recherche bekamen wir auch die Telefonnummer der Eigentümerin heraus. Die hat uns mitgeteilt, dass von FeWo direkt eine Stornierung am Abend zuvor mitgeteilt wurde, da ich angeblich nicht bezahlt hätte. Wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen und unser kleiner Hund brauchte dringend einen Schlafplatz. Wir mussten uns selbstständig um eine Unterkunft kümmern. FeWo direkt hat bislang auf meine Beschwerde nicht reagiert. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit und kann einfach nicht sein!
