“The property is in a great location. It’s clean, safe and quiet and has air conditioning. It is located in old town and just steps from the Central Square. The owners were great to work with. We had a room refresh in our extended. Stay in the cleaners. Did a great job. We also extended our stay last minute and they were able to rearrange rooms so we didn’t have to move. We would definitely recommend this property.. ”

“The perfect place for an extended family holiday. My husband, our three children and their families, 14 of us in total, have just spent a wonderful holiday at lLe Hameau. The area is fantastic for exploring the Dordogne but above all the accommodation and the setting are perfect for a large group holiday. The three houses are very well equipped, comfortable and provide space and privacy but the communal dining and kitchen areas in the Red Gite allow for the entire group to eat and socialise……

It’s located in the old city center with wonderful restaurants, bistros, shops, patisseries all around…and the famous geese sculpture is just outside! Free parking only a few minutes walk. Sarlat is a perfect central location for day trips to nearby Dordogne villages and many prehistoric sites. The local contact was most helpful with check in and other information. We highly recommend this property…5 stars!”

“We spent a wonderful week at La Bourgarde and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property was perfect – just a short walk into Castelnaud for morning pastries and close enough to enjoy an afternoon swim. The location made it easy to pack in so many activities, and our whole family loved every moment. Check-in was seamless, and the host was excellent with communication and helpful advice throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning – highly recommended!”
