“This was my third stay at the Mercure Airport City Hotel in Mulhouse, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. My previous two stays were very good, and I specifically returned because of those experiences and the excellent spa facilities. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. After driving for several hours, I requested a room away from the lift. The first room I was given already had other guests inside, which I consider a serious security and privacy issue. I……

“The breakfast is adequate, especially the sausages. No complaints regarding the staff, especially Mr. Khalid (my apologies, if I misspelled his name); he’s personable and patient. The sizes of the room and bathroom are great for the price.”

“Nice hotel out of nowhere in France next to the border of Switzerland. If you like seclusiveness and tranquility, this is it.”

“On a noisy main road. Place hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. No mugs, poor cooking equipment and unusable oven. Cupboards woodwork broken. Microwave was broken. Electrics questionable with some sockets not working.In bedrooms furniture worn and dirty, so we lived out of our suitcases. It’s a shame, because it could be a lovely apartment. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.”
