Very comfortable apartment in a charming little secure residence by the sea. The place is very quiet. Covering an area of 65m2, it is located at the rear, on the ground floor with a garden of 38m2. It has hall, lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate wc and two bedrooms. Each room is air conditioned.
This comfortable accommodation is tastefully furnished (the owner is a cabinet maker). Access is direct to the beach.
