"Appartement is volledig uitgeleefd! Miserabele matrassen die helemaal niet vernieuwd zijn zoals de advertentie beweert. Vlekken op lakens en kussens, gaten in beddengoed, doorgezakte zetels (de naam zelfs niet waardig!). Ik had extra betaald om beddens opgemaakt te hebben en handdoeken ter beschikking te stellen.
