“Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall.……

“The front guy from the check in didn't know much of what was going on. It took a while te get our room keys and to be charged. We were in a hurry so I just the rooms and they smelled awful and one of the beds had red spots. I let the guy know and he said he would see it later so I took off. When we came back I didn't want to stay there so I told him if we could have a refund or at least half and they said NO. I went to find another hotel where I stayed. I wouldn't recommend or have this……

“No está afiliado a expedia. Expedia te cobra la totalidad por tarjeta de crédito, y nuevamente te cobra el hotel en sitio porque dicen que no están afiliados y prácticamente pagas dos veces el mismo servicio. Mala colaboración entre hotel y expedia”

“Hotel Tranquilo is a great hotel for people that want a quiet, safe, relaxing spot but be within walking distance of the other attractions, bars, and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 nights. The food was good...staff excellent, friendly and helpful...The atmosphere is relaxed even with multiple rooms are full there is enough space either on the two story palapa or in the well maintained pool to just chill. The after hours drink policy is fair and pretty awesome. (I definitely used it). Would……
