“We were very happy with our stay. Loved being directly across from the beach and absolutely loved the view from our balcony on the 3rd floor. The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The owner surprised us with fresh scones for breakfast one morning and her son carried our bags up to our room on arrival. The room was a little tight for our family of four and the beds were a little too firm but otherwise it was perfect. We plan to visit again soon. ”

“picture posted makes the place look VERY nice. Room was in need of repairs, leaking ceiling in bathroom, drywall chipped. No need for a full size fridge or kitchen sink since there is no stove. That space can be used to make the bathroom a little bigger. ”

“Place was super clean and I would have eaten off the floors. I didn’t see any luxury or national chain hotels anywhere near this place, so this place is as good as it gets. The property was fine and the place was clean, it’s just and old motel in an old beach town. ”

“We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room……

“Building is older, a little more run down. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Aside from that the staff working there were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay!”

“Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.”
