The reason for the poor rating is that AC units are loud. I had to change rooms because of the noise. The next room was better, but as I sit in a different motel room right now I can tell you the same unit is installed here and it is not making the same noises.
The location is ok if you want to be across the street from the small casino.

I saw that the hotel had a very good rating but was a bit skeptical when actually arriving as it appeared to be an older hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable the room was. It was completely remodeled. The front desk ladies are nice and so helpful. We’ll absolutely be back on our way back through.
