Happy hour is at 730 every night, where I met great people and had an amazing time, I definitely suggest catching atleast one happy hour. The place is owned and operated by family and they were a vibe. I’ve been to Nassau plenty before but from now on Colony Club is where I’ll be staying. "

"Bigger shower"

"Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room. The staff was helpful in switching, which we did the following day. The new room was better, but still had problems. The bathrooms in both were just dirty. The corners of the bathrooms and the grout/caulking were gross. The balconies...oh boy, it was hard to even go out. You'd step outside and the bottoms of your feet were instantly black. I'm not sure theyve ever cleaned the floor or chairs out there. This was a two room sample size of these issues. Our dryer in the room barely worked. The casino, bars, pools, beach were all very nice. The restaurants were good too, though very expensive. It feels like they are trying to be an upscale resort, but don't have the basics down. Cleanliness and service should be number 1, but they arent. At half the price, we would probably go back, but never again for what it is now."

"The staff is the best thing about this hotel. Very kind and accommodating. The room was dirty, stains on the floor, looked like some type of sauce that was spilled and not properly cleaned. The bed sheets smelled like someone else had already slept on them, not clean or fresh, and our ac did not work most of the time we were there. Over all it’s in a great location downtown within walking distance of many different restaurants and activities. Unfortunately, I would not willingly book this hotel again in the future."

"The staff was not welcoming especially the front desk. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls. It took hours to get a blow dryer. During the trip my key band stopped working. The first question I was asked, were you suppose to check out today. When I still had several days left of the trip. I was truly disappointed in the trip. "
