“When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street.

“Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! No matter how many times I expressed my concerns, their response remained the same: it was the only option available. Additionally, I faced at least 15 minutes of waiting each time I approached the front desk for assistance, which added to my frustration.
Overall, this has been the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever encountered."
