Poor (or NO) service

Very disappointed about the service. No one ever appeared except the one who prepared breakfast. Breakfast only available at 8-10. The floor was wet when we enter the room. No one was in the counter and we had to find and take the key ourselves.

Very near to the train and bus station... not very hard to find (little bit tricky that it located behind the Shall gas station) Moderate sized room, very clean. Hotel staff is fridendly and helpful!

hotel is near the train station, but it is difficult to find the hotel, maybe the name of the hotel is too small, besides the hotel is next to the gas station, it is very noisy at night, often listen people talking at the gas station and the noise from open the car.

Location although a bit close to the city but felt a bit sketchy. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was really tiny. Breakfast was provided continental style with stickers insides of the ikea cups… who knows if they washed them. Juice watered down; milk kept out warm. It served the purpose but I wished I found something nicer and clothes to the center.

Positiv war die Lage. 3 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof und ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber abgewohnt. Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch, Englisch nur sehr gebrochen. Um Auskünfte über die Umgebung oder Sehenswürdigkeiten einzuholen, wäre das aber durchaus von Vorteil. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch keine Glanzleistung. Abgepacktes Brot, kein Gemüse. Das einzige Obst waren Äpfel und auch so war die Auswahl eher dürftig für den Preis. Für zwei Nächte gerade so ok. Das nächste Mal buchen wir aber sicher ein anderes Hotel.

Once inside, the room was ok. However, it was clear that the bathroom had flooded as I had to lean in to that door to gain entrance as the bathroom door was expanded into the floor. I made sure to keep the bathroom door at the same location and found the door moved after ‘cleaning’. Room also smelled like drain pipe sewage.

Bezahlbares Etagenhotel in Bahnhofsnähe und in halbstündiger Entfernung zur Altstadt, deutliche Kompromisse hinsichtlich Lage, Ausstattung, Service und Frühstücksangebot erforderlich, nicht reparierte Schäden im Zimmer schränkten die Nutzung während unseres Aufenthaltes erheblich ein, überteuertes Parkplatzangebot am Hotel mit sehr engen Platzverhältnissen

Für den Zustand des Zimmers war das Hotel definitiv viel zu teuer: laut, kaputte und abgeratzte Möbel, Schimmel im Bad, kaputte Duschkabine, verdreckte Fenster, der Frühstücksraum viel zu eng für so viel Menschen und das Buffet war das billigste was es so zu kaufen gibt. Das Geld hätte man in Salzburg besser investieren können. Schade!!!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service We were very disappointed with our recent stay. Our bathroom flooded, and it was clear from the swell of the door that this wasn’t the first time it had happened. We called the front desk, and while the staff member did come to check, he offered no real help. He said he’d see if another room was available but never followed up—we had to go back 30 minutes later to ask again, only to be told there were no rooms left. Instead of offering assistance or sending housekeeping, he handed my husband towels and left us to clean up the mess ourselves. When I asked if he had a mop or broom since this clearly shouldn’t be our responsibility, he said he would check but again never returned. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and left us feeling frustrated and disregarded. Basic customer service and accountability were sorely lacking.

This place is close to the train station so we walked there with our suitcases. It was also easy to walk into the centre of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. However, the family room is very very small. It was the kind of room where it's too hard for more than one person to walk around. We were there as a family of four with two teenage children. The room was super clean but it felt like we were at summer camp.
