Great place to stay

My family love the property. Each room has its own bathroom which is a big plus. Very clean and the owner is very nice. Gated property which is feel more safer.

Very good value , super clean, very convenient location and really clean. It's being super picky but one more tv would be nice for a place that sleeps 6. Overall though we were really happy with our stay.

Wonderful apartment

I took my grandsons, ages 14 and 11 to San Antonio for a short trip. We chose a great place. The apartment was beautiful. It is a hundred year old building, but has been renovated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. The bathrooms were very nice and modern. The location is perfect and Paulina and Gerardo are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location to Downtown

We were in town for a show and only spent one night. Location is very close to Riverwalk which was convenient. This is an older building, but you can see the renovations make it quaint. It is a perfect home base for adult travelers with active schedule. Neighborhood is mixed, but the drive way is gated and locked, so cars are safe. Very quick responses from owner which is most appreciated.

Great for Alamodome

We rented this 3 bed / 3 bath space to attend a conference at the Alamodome, which was only a 3 minute car ride or 15 minute walk away. It was the same distance to the Riverwalk. Unit was very clean. Beds weee comfortable and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The AC was nice and refreshing.

Amazing place

The property was very nice and very clean. There were workers in and out of downtstairs most days but they were very friendly and professional as well. My only two issues were the washer/dryer combo and that the air was pre set to an un changeable temp. It made a few of our Texas weather bi polar days miserable in the house. Great views and spot though for anything downtown.

Too cold, thermostat in a locked box

Thermostat was in a locked box, inside temperature was at 53°. Host never respo ded to my call. Very sad because appartment was nicely renovated and would have been pleasant if warm.

Clean and comfortable

Overall this stay was excellent! The description of the listing was confusing for me and I didn't realize until I received check in details only a few hours before check in time that we only had access to the upstairs and would have to deal with guests below us. I was rather disappointed as that seems a rather large detail that needs to be explained more on the listing. We also had to deal with the AC set at 76 degrees and it being locked up for the 1st night. However, the owner communicated very well and promptly, required minimal check out chores, and the locations was exceptionally clean!

Overall a good place to stay for price & location!

The rooms were a little hot at night, and the main restroom has a tub/shower with no shower curtain, which worried me so we didn’t shower in there. Overall it was a very nice place, very clean and nicely decorated The hostess was very responsive when needed as well.

NCAA Tournament Stay

Three of us stayed here for the NCAA Finals. The location was perfect for the Alamodome and all the activities around that. The neighborhood appears spotty but overall seemed fine and we didn't have any issues. It looks like it's being revitalized. Quiet.

Great hosts

The property was as stated on the booking had trouble getting in, but the host quickly walked me through it and anything I would ask about they would answer immediately. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Wasps

There were numerous wasps flying around the entries of the second floor where we stayed. I hate getting stung and it really made me dread having to go outside. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We did enjoy that all rooms had their own bathrooms with shower. We were also told we needed to adjust the parking of one of our vehicles bc the people downstairs couldn’t get in. We immediately left the event we were hosting to move the vehicle and rushed back to the venue. When we came back we found that no one else used the parking area. Even when we checked out, no one had parked there in the middle of the night. It was frustrating to think that they saw our parking wasn’t perfect on the security camera in the designated space that no one else was using and made something up to get us to immediately correct it.

Cute Little Place

I stayed here with a friend for a couple of nights. Check in process was smooth and the owner was very prompt in communicating with me when I had questions. The location is very close to the city center and not far from the airport, so it was very convenient. While there is street noise (trains, cars, dogs), the owner does provide ear plugs. I live in a city, so to be honest, it was no different than what I normally hear nightly.

Alamo bowl trip

A group of friends and I stayed at the property on our trip to San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl. The location was perfect and the fact the property had three bathrooms was even nicer. The interior of the house is a bit breezy. It was cold, because the sealing around the doors and windows are not tight. I also did not realize there were stairs to access the upper level that proved to be a problem for one of our group who has rheumatoid arthritis. Otherwise it was a great trip and a great place to stay very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Concert

This was the perfect location for us b.c we attended a concert at the Frost Bank Center and were able to go to Pearl district and the riverwalk. All was good with the stay! Our only issue was the marathon was the next morning and so I had to get up early to move my car to a side street as not to be blocked in. That, of course, was no fault to the home owner and all worked out. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay

quite place, clean rooms, very comfortable minor problems with bathroom sinks draining very very slow in two of the bathrooms, we had a problem with the kitchen door not closing and locking was fixed the next day, microwave oven did not work, location on the eastside of San Antonio close to River walk about1.2 miles from location.

We went to see XFL game Loved location everything was close by with in walking distance. It was very clean, slept like a baby woke up enjoyed my coffee in the morning sitting on porch. Overall it's a 10 ✨ will definitely rent same location again

Had a lovely stay

Enjoyed our experience at this apartment. It was so nice for 3 women to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very spacious. Manager was responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this stay.

Good place to stay!

The place was clean and roomy. We went for a girl’s weekend to visit a friend who lives in San Antonio. The location was good, close to everything. The neighborhood has a mix of older and newer homes. We were not sure of the neighborhood when we first arrived as we aren’t from there, but other than a few stray dogs we had no issues and felt safe. We experienced the noise of the train, traffic and dogs barking, so light sleepers would not do well at this location, but it is as described in the listing so we knew that before we arrived. The owner provides ear plugs if you need them. Personally, I did not find it to be too much of an issue, but it’s great that they tell you in advance. The condo is awesome with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was perfect for us! We each had our own space. Nobody was renting the downstairs when we were there which was nice. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the couch in the living room area or add some throw pillows to that one for a little more comfort. Or, add a loveseat or recliner instead of the side chairs just to make it more comfy for 3 (or more) guests to gather. If you have a baby, they have a highchair there which is so nice! The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and they have soap, some cleaning supplies, toilet tissue and paper towels which was an amazing touch! We have rented before and received none of these awesome extras, so that was amazing to see. They even left a few snacks and a water and can of pop. It’s clear they want you to feel welcome! Thanks for a great stay!
