“Breakfast was nice but keep in mind there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel. Hotel indigo across the street has them so you can possibly eat there. There are lot of other restaurants within walking distance.”

“Habitación muy mediocre para el precio que se paga, esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni se le acerca. El personal totalmente descuidado, grosero y maleducado. Desayuno inexistente: dicen que es de 7 a 9 de la mañana pero vas a las 7.30 y ahí no hay nadie, una vergüenza. Muchas veces la recepción está sin nadie que te atienda. Son un absoluto desastre. No recomiendo para nada alojarse aquí.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Jose the owner/manager helped make our 25th anniversary extra special! The rooms are clean and large and loved the balcony, hammocks!This is a great place to.stay, very close to beaches and snorkeling, sunsets. It's a great location, safe, an easy walk to town or quick easy cab ride.The staff is super helpful at arranging rides or give directions or advice or answers questions. The breakfast is good too. “The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and……

“Located just a short walk from the main ferry dock and very close to playa Mann. The roof top views of the town and ocean are incredible. We had a balcony with a hammock facing the ocean. It was a pleasure to get to know the owner, Eduardo. He was extremely welcoming and helpful and made a delicious breakfast.”

“Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……
