DESCRIPTION
Ideally located at the border of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, this vacation rental is just one block from the ocean and Mission Bay! This home has over 2100 square feet of living space.
Enjoy beach living at its best with comfortable furnishings, warm beach colors, modern amenities, and plenty of windows to let in the sunshine! Enter the home on the second level to a hallway leading to the main living area. You`ll find a spacious kitchen with self-closing drawers, stainless steel appliances, and slab granite countertops on the breakfast bar that aligns with the living room. Adjacent is an outdoor balcony with a gas BBQ to grill your favorite meals.
Step upstairs and through the double entry doors to the large Primary Suite with windows and a sliding glass door to let in plenty of sunshine. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a vanity, and jetted tub. Just off the Master is a nook with a bunk bed set and work desk area.
This San Diego beach vacation rental is in a quiet complex but conveniently located near all of the action. Stay here and you will be within close walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, beach shops, fitness club, nightlife, and local restaurants. Directly across the street is the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa where you can have a spa day, lounge on the bay, dine on the waterfront, rent boats or take a bay cruise on a riverboat paddle wheeler. • The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

YOU NEED TO ENTER THROUGH PEDESTRIAN GATE AND RETRIEVE REMOTE FROM HOME FIRST
There are garage and pedestrian gates on the Mission Blvd. (Northwest) entrance and the Pacific Beach Drive (South) entrance. There is a button on the remote for each entrance. Hold down on the button firmly until the gate opens. Park in spaces #31 and #32.
Garage Height Limits: South garage entrance is 7’, West garage entrance is 8’ 6”.
