“What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting……

“...You will never want to leave...This hotel and staff are what you would dream to have and not expect from any visit you have at a hotel. From first arrival we were treated like family and made to feel like we were at a new home we had yet to discover. Fabio was simply incredible as was the rest of the staff. From making sure we had everything we needed to guiding us through our journey in their magical town. The hotel itself was impeccable and one of the most friendly and professionally……

“We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average. The highlight of the hotel is the morning breakfast (included in the fee), an attached bar and lounge and directly across the street, about 60 feet, a very nice restaurant. Please note that……

“I will dream of this property forever. It has the most magnificent view of San Gimignano and the countryside, and is literally a 5 minute drive into town. It was the perfect escape for our honeymoon this summer. The only thing I wish we had, was more time to enjoy the hotel. The breakfast was super tasty! ”

“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”

“We loved our stay at Palazzo Feroci! The room itself was huge and beautiful, super clean, and came with thoughtful extras like soft drinks and wine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was high-spec with nice toiletries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Pisa. ”

“Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! ”
