This is an amazing hotel, just stunning design and attention to detail with amazing craftsmanship thrown in. Everything is so well thought out and put together. Wonderful staff and superb breakfast we can’t fault it on anything and we’ve stayed in top class hotels. We were sorry to leave but we will be back on our return journey.

A great hotel situated a half hour walk / 15 minute bus ride from the centre of San Sebastián (number 26 which leaves from the street behind the hotel). The rooms were in great condition as were the hotel facilities. The gym was great, and pool area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. The location being a bit far out from the centre is made up for by the hotel.

I thought the stay in Social Hub was really good. Good care was taken with the cleanliness of the room and it was very easy to grab a bur to go elsewhere in the city.

The Social Hub is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant and the pool and the gym are fantastic. All the staff especially Ailsa were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and courteous.

Clean, great gym, central enough without being in the center of the tourist area. The daily room cleaning was a bit iffy (they missed a day, the other days I’d find empty bottles that they didn’t clean), but other than that a solid spot in San Sebastián. I’d stay there again.

always love the vibe of social hubs… great hotel and pool, easy to get to the old town via the bus or a nice walk. don’t bother doing the online check in, it doesn’t work and is just a waste of time.

Great roof top with pool and lounge. The facilities with laundrymat, interior, coworking space, food and drinks were great. The only thing is the walking distance to old town is 30 minutes away, but I would stay again.
