“I booked this house in November and paid the full price then. When I contacted the host the day before we arrived she told me her family was staying there and didn't remember my reservation. Then she said we could share the house with her family. We had no other option for accommodation and had a rental car and planned to explore the area for 4 days. When we arrived the family was not there, but I had paid for the entire house and two separate bedrooms. One was locked and we had to sleep in……
