“Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.”

“I love the simplicity of this model. Relaxed feeling, but quality comfy and nothing is a problem. Staff are wonderful. All of them. I left smiling thinking yep, Ive worked hard. Happy to spend my coin on a wonderful stay. I didn't like the digital check-in, I go on holiday to escape digital. I dont want to enter all my details, I want to have customer service, made to feel welcome. The time it takes to correct mistakes for people. “ Honestly everything was great once we got there but the service before? Was awful. AWFUL. I wanted to add a guest to my reservation and I could not get in contact with them. I travel a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to reach out to the hotel 6 times. “Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory”

“The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. “Das Zimmer war für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden (Föhn, Duschbad, Handtücher, Wasserkocher). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Allerdings roch der Abfluss im Bad unangenehm. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl verschiedener Speisen, u.a. Brötchen, Toast, Ei, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Schokocreme, frisches Obst & Gemüse, Cerealien, Milchalternativen, Tee-/Kaffeevariationen, Saft,... . Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten……

“Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, das Zimmer war jederzeit sehr gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar.
