You'll be a short stroll from the gorgeous white sand beach at Redfish Cottage and you'll have wonderful access to the surrounding beauties of Santa Rosa Beach and Scenic Highway 30A. This home features two levels of porch space and fantastic amenities at the Old Florida Cottages that include an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious lanai, and a grilling area. The kitchen has been recently renovated with a new stovetop and there is new flooring throughout the main living space.

This home enjoys an ideal, central location in Santa Rosa Beach, with the beach a few blocks south (offering lifeguards and plentiful parking) and the many shops, restaurants, and outdoor events of Gulf Place Town Center half a mile west. Take your pick of Goatfeathers, La Playa, Perfect Pig, and Sunrise Coffee Shop within walking distance, or hop on a bike (four free rentals are provided in season) to explore roughly 18 miles of paths to various beaches and coastal dune lakes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
