When you want to simply enjoy the radiant Florida sunshine, take a quick walk over to the designated beach access point, just a stone's throw away.
Fun in the sun continues at this beautiful home as the private, fenced yard offers a serene space to sit and visit with those who mean the most to you. The outdoor living extends to the home's two upstairs porches, two ground-floor porches, and the balconies. On the back porch, lay out your beach toys and towels to dry for another day on the sand.
Inside, the updated living room comes complete with comfortable furnishings and tasteful artwork. The full kitchen gleams with its suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and sizable center island.
Each of the bedrooms offers comfortable sleeping quarters with high-quality linens and simple decor pieces. The three bedrooms on the ground floor are complete with blackout shades to offer cool, shade, and privacy. A private outdoor shower (running both hot and cold water) is accessible right off of the primary bedroom.
