Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property manager with any questions. The condo is absolutely stunning and has amazing views of Lake Arenal. If you are looking for privacy this is a perfect place to get away from it all.
