“uns (3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind) gefällt es hier sehr gut! sehr saubere neue Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht! erwähnen muss ich speziell die hochwertigen Betten, kein billig Schrott mit einer dünnen Schaumstoffmatratze! und ganz wichtig, es ist angenehm ruhig in einer tollen Umgebung in einer grünen Natur von Bananen / Kokosnuss - Bäumen ......also saubere Luft! ebenfalls ganz toller Service was die Betreuung anbelangt, wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, in der Schweiz! übrigens……

“What a beautiful island, the people are lovely, we felt very safe, and Juvy's Beach House is a spectacular option for your home base. Situated on the windier side of the island, you'll be treated to sea breezes all day and evening long and you'll truly live an indoor/outdoor life here. The beds are comfy, my partner and I appreciated the Scandinavian sleep method of separate comforters! We might make some changes back home... Juvy is a wonderful host. She walked us to the local grocery……

“Stayed here for 12 days. Beautiful property and friendly staff and tenants. Felt like home. My gf and I stayed an additional 4 days here instead of going to downtown dumaguette. Walking distance to Valencia town square (12/13 mins).”

“位置有点偏，如果住在vida的话最好就在旁边pura vida潜店潜水，酒店的环境还可以，就是没有餐厅，要和旁边的pura vida一起用，另外健身房关门太早了，晚上7点就关门了。”

“The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. ”

“Très agréable hôtel/lodge, accès direct à la plage Après c est loin d être luxueux comme il l Affiche… les chambre spacieuses, mais mériterai d’ être repeinte, aussi la salle de bain. La literie très moyenne, le matelas sans aucune alèse ou protection, juste un draps qui le recouvre… Après grosse déception pour la piscine, l eau était si trouble qu on ne voyait même pas le fond et donc ne m’y suis même pas baigner. Le resort est vraiment agréable sinon, mais il faudrait vraiment que……

“No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.”

“The place was really nice and clean. The toilet was a bit cramped because of the washing machine. But at least there's a washing machine. It would have been better if there's a parking space inside the condo ”

“New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it……

“THis unit is no longer part of VRBO. The phone number and email to the host is not correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the stay. Once we get back we will do a charge back. We spent over 8 hours trying to get this worked out, NOTHING NO SUPPORT. I have multiple case numbers with VRBO. Expedia said they cant help we have to contact VRBO....I booked through EXPEDIA, you should take some responsibility.....”

“Open sewage and insects. Host hung up on me when I called. Booked for 21 days, stayed less than one hour - that time being how long it took me to find a CLEAN HOTEL.”

“Wow, what a gem. Ran by the most wonderful couple who are full of knowledge not just of the surrounding area but the whole of the Philippines. Then the actual hotel, sunset views from your balcony, by the pool with amazing cocktails or down by the beach with the turtles. You decide. Honestly book this before they raise the prices to 3x what they should be!”

“ affordable, Fun little hideaway. Only has 4 rooms, but serves breakfast and dinner. I had the Green Thai curry chicken, so good! And I couldn't finish it all I was so full. Nice staff. The lawn is like a golf course. - the bathroom ceiling had a drip when it rained. Over all I will book it again.”
