Great spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with a gorgeous view of the park. The cathedral was a 30min walk, would definately recomend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A bit out of town although a bus stop was outside It's in a shopping centre but not a lot going o apart from Alcampo. I stay in Eurostars hotels a lot didn't in fairness rate it. The staff were helpful It's not a lot going for it ,it's not bad but not for me

False Advertising of Rooms

When I booked this room the hotels.com description listed ‘2 Queen beds’. Ultimately 4 family members travelled together here and we could easily have slept in the room. At the front desk I asked that my 2 additional family members be added to the reservation but the clerk refused. I had to purchase a second room to gain access for my family (4 total). When I arrived in our 2 rooms I realized why I had to purchase this second room. There were no queen beds at all; only 2 twin beds measuring 39-40 inches wide vs a 60 inch Queen bed advertised. Very disappointed that I had to spend alot of extra money due to this false advertising. Also the room service was poor; my sheets had a food stain after the first night so rather than providing clean sheets the maid simply made up the bed neglecting to change out the soiled sheets. Also it’s an ordeal to get ice; there are no ice machines in this hotel so you have to ask the front desk to acquire a bucket of ice from the kitchen. All in all I will not be staying at this property again.
