“A very peaceful location with great proximity to the airport and near a pleasant village. It is a tidy and compact cottage that was perfect for our family and Patricia was very helpful. It was pleasant to sit outside the cottage and enjoy the lush greenery. It's best not to let kids wander up the driveway toward the main house as there are large guard dogs that can surprise you.”

“La propiedad nos ha gustado mucho es muy grande la propiedad y no tuvimos oportunidad de visitarla toda. La piscina no es climatizada pero a pesar de ello los chicos la disfrutaron los pocos momentos que estuvimos en ella. El clima es diferente entre los poblados de las playas y está casa por lo que debemos estar preparado para los cambios de clima mientras subes a ella. Eso si verás muchas estrellas ya que está en un lugar con poca Contaminación lumínica. Fue un gusto habernos hospedado aca”

“Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way”

“Wir haben das Apartment mit 4 Personen für 2 Wochen gebucht und unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können.Die Ausstattung ist gut und Probleme wie ein defekter Duschkopf und eine defekte Duschkopfhalterung wurden umgehend behoben. Super Service!Ein Bäcker/Bistro und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und mit dem Auto ist man in einer 1/4 Stunde in Funchal.Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Fabulous location looking directly out to sea, the view shown is real! Lovely to watch the sunrise over the Desertas Islands.
Very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full oven and hob. Also has a private parking space in the garage under the property. Good location for getting to to the VR1 to explore the island. Had the pleasure of meeting our host Mike who could not have been more helpful.
