ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.
Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access. Failure to submit a photo within these specifications may prevent guests from accessing the property.
Important information: The GO Platô building was completed less than a year ago, and some neighboring units are still undergoing renovations during business hours. Therefore, there may be noise during the day. We value transparency and appreciate your understanding.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.
⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list will not be allowed into the building.
⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.
⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
