“This property is misrepresented and the photos and listing details are inaccurate. The decor is cute but it is lipstick on a pig. The lights went out less than an hour after we arrived due to a blown breaker. That is a fire hazard. Couch was broken. Curtains were torn, wouldn't close. Keurig was nasty and unusable. The wifi is slow. The location and neighborhood is questionable with junk yards, condemned homes and people loitering on the sidewalks. Dangerous street parking asking for a car to be……

“Simple studio, clean and quiet. Overnight parking right in front. Host was quick to respond.”

“The house was very clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the back patio and yard. Definitely pet friendly with a fenced backyard.My only real challenge was I have bad knees and the front 2 steps are pretty tall and there are no hand rails. Fortunately my husband was there to help me. It would also be nice if there were hangers on the bedroom and bathrokm.doors to hang towels and clothes. Especially since there is no closet in the large bedroom.All-in-all it was a very good choice!”

“Pros:-Great location -Very cute and well decorated-We really appreciated the well stocked snacks and drinksCons:-The whole loft needs a deep clean. Bedspreads and shower curtains were stained. The floor was dirty. Many pieces of furniture had pet and human hair. ”

“Over all we liked our stay. Parking isn’t great we had no parking our first night due to other guests at the attached properties which made unloading our kids and luggage difficult having parked down the street. Home could use a few updates but overall appeared clean and worked for our needs ”

“We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean……

“Fenced in yard was great for my dog. House was clean but there was leftover food in the fridge & stray laundry pieces in the washer from previous guests. Only stayed one night while traveling & house meet my needs for the night.”

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was exceptionally clean. The pool was quite cool so not too much swimming for our group. The host helped with any questions we had and response time was quick. I would definitely recommend and would stay in the house again. ”
