The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 2 to 12 people, is completely renovated in 2019 on the border between eastern Liguria and northern Tuscany, a few steps from the Cinque Terre.
The villa has been carefully restored and furnished to a superb outdoor pool. The interior design is characterized by antique furnishings and decorative paintings, lovingly chosen by the owner, to stay in style with the traditional architectural context.
Located in a privileged position, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also has an organic vegetable garden.
The entire villa has an MP3 player in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes.
Externally we find a pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a gym and a sauna.
The view from the port of Livorno from the Gulf of La Spezia to the lighthouse of the Port of Livorno. The whole area enjoys a pleasant temperate microclimate, while the villa itself boasts a sunny position.

The interior of the building is a large living room with an antique stone fireplace and wooden ceiling ceiling, perfectly equipped with a 55 "TV and home theater, whose color scheme harmoniously integrates with the twentieth century style and the traditional Tuscan stone and terracotta floor.
