“I am not sure if this is a fair review, we had been traveling all day and booked the room last minute. The parking lot was full of utility vehicles and equipment. Clearly a lot of workers were using the hotel. We also had a trailer that I had to back in and separate from my vehicle due to the large number of trucks with equipment trailers taking up spaces. Our room was on the first floor and clearly showed its age. The door stuck and had to be forced open and shut when entering or exiting……

“The place to stay in Elk City and the only downtown accomdation! There clean with multi-night touch up service. Property is very well decorated and downright cute. The front sitting area is a welcoming and restful place to read a book or just watch the few people that walk by. Walking distance is literally around the corner from downtown stores and cafes while parking is right in front of the location. Plenty of water and K-Cups provided as well as ice and 1 cold soda. Communication was very……

“The Bluebird was overall fabulous! Our only minor complaint is the Marie room would not get cool. The AC ran nonstop, but kept the temperature at a constant 75. The room did have 2 fans, so that helped. Bc of the room temp, I would give it a 4.5 rating. My husband reached out to Jeff about the AC. He did immediately respond letting us know about the fans. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Wonderful! Booking was simple and straightforward, and communication after booking was friendly and clear. The property is extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. With three rooms available, I appreciated being able to choose my own room! All rooms are fully private with their own key codes, making it feel like a mini hotel. The lobby was warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for working on a laptop or cozy reading. I found extra toiletries and even snacks and drinks,……
