“The home wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in. We are on top of a mountain with zero reception to call the property manager because we were locked out. The ceiling leaked every time the kids showered upstairs and the house wasn’t clean. We had to call and pack up so the cleaners could come after we checked in. They took pillow cases from our pillows and replaced them with starched rough white ones. It was not an over all great experience with all the issues we faced. ”

It’s actually a 45 minute drive, minimum, not 10 minutes as posted. That happened to be very inconvenient . They also experienced a cleaning issue and unfortunately we came in behind someone who brought a dog (no pet policy). The host stated, that the cleanliness matter is/was not their normal practice, but it did affect us. It was a nice trip over all,……
