"Basic room. Probably good if I need a place to crash on a road trip for a few hours. Not good for a family. Worn out mattresses, tub was dirty, smelled like smoke in my No Smoking room, and the carpet had lots of stains."

"Hallway floors were not vacuumed in 4 days. Crumbs by room door. Needed laundry done which was available for past stays. Not available now. Had to drive 20 miles to get laundry done."
